Marble is a beautiful natural stone but needs extra care when using. Please use the cork provided coasters as much as possible when placing wet things on the counter, otherwise they can leave a mark. Also, be extra careful when working with any acids (lemons, limes, etc) as they can leave pock marks on the marble.
Finally, use ONLY soap and water or the provided special marble counter cleaner under the sink when cleaning the marble.
